Sebastian Molano hizo parte de la fuga del dia

El coreano Joon Yong Seo (KSPO) ha vencido en la quinta etapa del Tour de Langkawi (2.HC), Kuala Terengganu - Kuantan (200 km) al culminar una escapada de ocho corredores. El pelotón ha llegado a 13:30 y Caleb Ewan (Orica-GreenEdge) sigue de amarillo.

Molano (Colombia), Othman (Terengganu), Nakajima (Aisan), Patria y Novardianto (Pegasus), Seo (KSPO), Hasnoui (SkyDive) y Loh (Malasya) se han escapado en el kilómetros 55 y han alcanzado una diferencia de hasta más de 15 minutos ante la pasividad del pelotón.

En los kilómetros finales, Seo, campeón nacional coreano, ha atacado y ha alzado los brazos en la línea de meta.

El mejor colombiano en la etapa fue Molano, séptimo al final, mientras que Leonardo Duque sigue siendo sexto en la general individual.
